I-380 Northbound Reopens in Cedar Rapids
CEDAR RAPIDS - Cedar Rapids Police say I-380 is open. A semi jack-knifed in the north bound lanes of I-380 in Cedar Rapids around 10:00 a.m. Thursday. It reopened to traffic around 12:35 p.m.
The semi had blocked all three lanes of the interstate, backing up traffic to the Wilson Ave. exit.. Cedar Rapids Police confirm there was a minor fuel leak.
