Waterloo Man Arrested for Firing Shots from Bicycle

WATERLOO - Waterloo police have arrested an 18-year-old man who they say rode up on a bicycle and fired several shots at another man.

The shooting attempt happened Monday afternoon around 3:00 p.m. in the area of Linn and Sumner Streets.

Police later arrested Shantorio Evans after reportedly finding handguns, crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia in Evans' home.

The intended shooting victim, Antonio Moore, was not injured.
