Authorities Discover Body in Mississippi River

GUTTENBERG (AP) - Authorities in Guttenberg say they found a human body floating in the Mississippi River just south of town.

Clayton County Sheriff Robert Hamann says the body was discovered late Monday afternoon.

Hamann says the body has not been identified. He would not say if officials are treating the death as suspicious.

He says more information is expected to be released on Tuesday.
