CEDAR RAPIDS - The Cedar Rapids Community School District is trying to locate families that have been displaced by the flooding and have children attending school in the Cedar Rapids District. Displaced families should contact the school(s) they attend or call 319-558-2000. The district is asking displaced families to fill out this form and return it to any Cedar Rapids Community School.
