Reward Offered in Bever Park Duck Killing

CEDAR RAPIDS - The brutal killing of 50 ducks in Cedar Rapids has gotten a big response from the community.

Police say someone stoned to death half the duck population at Bever Park Zoo.

Now city residents are offering reward money to find out who is responsible for the crime.

The Humane Society of the United States is also pledging $3,000 to the effort.

Cedar Rapids Crime Stoppers is accepting donations for the reward. Just mail it to 505 First Street Southwest.
