Waterloo Man Arrested Sexual Abuse Charges

CEDAR FALLS - Cedar Falls police have arrested a Waterloo man on sexual abuse charges.

Police accuse Simon Tooson, 24, of engaging in sexual activity with an underage girl at a home in Cedar Falls.

The charges against Tooson carry penalties of up to ten years in prison and a ten thousand dollar fine.
