WAVERLY - If you need building trades/inspections, please contact the Bremer County Court House at 352-0332, 415 E. Bremer (north entrance - lower level).

Waverly Light and Power can be reached at 1002 Adams Parkway, 352-6251. Contact them for electric turn on/off, appliance and HVAC replacement and electric rates.

MidAmerican Energy can be reached at 1-888-427-5632. Contact them for gas turn on/off. You can contact Bremer County Building Trades for additional information at 352-0332.

Public Service: 412 1st Ave SE - 352-6247
Water - broken services
Sewer - sanitary or storm sewer issues
Solid Waste - garbage and recycling on normal schedule. For flood-affected areas, place garbage containers and recyclables at the curb, NOT in alley until further notice.
Debris Removal
- Flood debris - place at curb
- Hazardous Materials - Bremer Co. Customer Conv. Center, 2049 200th Street, 352-4574.
- Spoiled food - take to dumpster at fairgrounds or public services
Sandbag Removal - place sandbags at curb or take to public services. Will be picked up by City after debris is removed.
Sinkholes - Report location to Public Services - 352-6252.
