Downtown businesses ARE NOT ALLOWED ACCESS to their facilities at this time. Currently the Fire Department is responding to gas leaks and has not determined that it is safe to enter. Individuals that are illegally entering buildings are diverting resources from flood relief to law enforcement and may be charged with criminal tresspass. Those areas are still under mandatory evacuation.
