Grant County Road Closures

Grant County Emergency Management

Grant County is under a state of emergency and travel is not recommended on many roads in the county. The Village of Potosi, the City of Lancaster and the Village of Livingston took the brunt of the storm with water several feet deep in many locations.

As of 5:00pm, the following roads are closed:
Highway 81 between Platteville and Lancaster
Highway 133 in Potosi is closed
County Highway G at Sand Branch
County Hwy Q from Fennimore to County G
County Hwy A off Hwy D
County N near the Pigeon River
County N south of Elmdale Road
County U from Dutch Hollow to the Potosi Township Shop is closed
County O from Tennyson to Oak Road
County B from Hwy 61 to Stanton Road

More than 20 Township Roads are closed

Hwy 80 has just reopened to traffic. Hwy 35, 61, 18 and 151 are open to travel.
