Cedar Rapids – Due to flooding and electrical power loss in various areas of Cedar Rapids, many ImOn Communications customers in the city have lost cable TV, Internet, and phone services. ImOn expects this outage to last indefinitely until electrical service is restored to areas of the city.

ImOn’s main office, Customer Care call center, and payment center, located in the Great America Building will remain closed indefinitely. Customers should send in their payment by mail to the address indicated on their bill.

ImOn is making every effort to re-establish its Customer Care call center. Meanwhile, calls are being routed to an answering service.

For the latest information on services being affected by flooding, customers should visit www.ImOn.net.
