Rockwell Collins Names Investor Relations VP

DES MOINES (AP) - Aviation electronics manufacturer and defense contractor Rockwell Collins has moved its director of acquisitions into the position of vice president of investor relations.

Dan Swenson has worked for Rockwell Collins since 2002.

In his new post he will develop and maintain relationships with financial analysts. He will also direct communications between the company and the investing public and share owners.

Swenson succeeds Dan Crookshank, who has accepted a position with another organization.

Cedar Rapids-based Rockwell Collins develops communication and aviation electronic equipment for commercial and government applications. It has 20,000 employees in 27 countries.
