DES MOINES - Iowa Governor Chet Culver made the list. Playboy Radio's list of most "doable" governors and ex-governors, that is.

Culver came in at No. 4, behind President Bush's brother, Jeb Bush of Florida and Jennifer Granholm of Michigan. California's Arnold Schwarzenegger topped the list.

Playboy Radio asked a panel of "high-priced Los Angeles call girls" to rate the governors.

Former New York Governor Eliot Spitzer, who resigned over a prostitution scandal earlier this year, ranked last at 18th.
