NEW: 911 Transcripts Released of Raintree Apartment Shooting

CEDAR RAPIDS - Police released the 911 transcript today for the shootings at Raintree Apartments last week that left 19-year-old Thomas Horvath dead.  The papers detail how people heard gunshots and then witnessed cars fleeing from the scene. 24 hours after the shooting, Cedar Rapids Police arrested 19-year-old Jacovan Bush and charged him with Horvath's death. why r u guys blaming apartment buildings for this, if it happened in a good place what would you blame then and when people hear gunshots thier first instinct isnt "hey lets go check it out" thats not there job, stop blaming anonymous people its not going to fix what happened nad at least its getting taken care of if you think you can make everywhere perfect then go do it and stop complaining

well maybe if u knew what was going on you wouldnt blame the raintree appartments. How were they supposoed to know the people drove there they didnt live there. and i wonder who the last caller was? could that of been someone invloved. RIP TOM we all miss u :(

So many witnesses yet no one saw anything, and they headed for the westdale court apartments? Obviously raintree must have the same infestation as Westdale, maybe its time for new management and some housekeeping, before somebody else gets killed.
