Hills Man Could Face Prison for ATV Theft

JOHNSON COUNTY - A Hills man faces a criminal charge for allegedly stealing an all terrain vehicle more than seven months ago.

An ATV worth $3,000 disappeared in September from a home on Oasis Road Northeast in Johnson County.

Authorities have charged Marshall Miller with second degree theft.

If convicted, Miller could face up to five years in prison.
