Johnson County Car Accident: One Person Flown to Hospital

JOHNSON COUNTY – At least one person is in the hospital following an accident on Highway 6 this morning. The accident involved a semi and a van. The two vehicles collided at the intersection of Highway 6 and Oasis Road near the Johnson County and Muscatine County line. Medical crews transported at least one person to the hospital in a helicopter. The extent of the injuries is not known at this time.
