Overnight Apartment Fire in Dubuque

DUBUQUE, Iowa - An apartment complex fire leaves two people homeless in Dubuque. The Dubuque Fire Department tells KCRG.com that the fire started at 2:37a.m. inside an apartment on the two thousand block of Windsor Avenue. Two people were home at the time but, managed to get out safely. The American Red Cross help the family with clothes and shelter.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
