Dubuque Fire Victim's Body Sent for Autopsy

DUBUQUE, Iowa (AP) — Officials are awaiting results of an autopsy on a body that was found in the debris of a house fire in Dubuque.

Fire Chief Dan Brown told the Dubuque Telegraph Herald that the person's name won't be released until all the autopsy results have been returned. That could take several weeks.

Firetrucks were dispatched to the two-story home about 4:30 a.m. Monday.

The fire cause is being investigated.
