BLOOMFIELD, Iowa (AP) — A judge has issued a warrant for a Bloomfield man accused of sexually abusing a teenager and keeping him detained in his home.

The Des Moines Register reports Ken Turner was freed on bond after being charged with seven counts of third-degree sexual abuse assault, causing injury and administering a harmful substance.

Bloomfield police say Turner sexually abused a 17-year-old boy multiple times over several days in September. The teen had recently moved into Turner's home, but additional information was not available.

Turner has now been charged with stalking. He's accused of driving by the juvenile shelter where the boy has been living since he left the home.

A judge has revoked Turner's bond and increased the amount to $100,000. Records do not list an attorney.
