Waterloo Police Search for Driver Involved in Hit & Run

WATERLOO, Iowa - Waterloo police are searching for the driver of an SUV that crashed into the yard of a home.

The crash happened just before 1:00 a.m. Wednesday at a home near the intersections of Franklin and Lane Streets. Nobody inside the home was injured.

When officers arrived on the scene, the driver had already left. Officials tell us that they are still looking into what caused the crash.
