CORALVILLE, Iowa -- A Fairfax man faces a prostitution charge after meeting with a law enforcement agent he thought was a dancer.

According to the Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation, 37-year-old Phillip D. Kwilose posted an ad on Craigslist seeking a dancer at the Riverside Casino. That same day, a DCI agent contacted Kwilose.

Police said Kwilose and the agent made arrangements to meet in the bathroom at the Coral Ridge Mall food court and exchange cash and gift cards for sexual favors on Feb. 12. Kwilose was arrested and faces one count of prostitution, an aggravated misdemeanor.
