DAVENPORT, Iowa - Police have arrested the man accused of planting video cameras in the girls' bathroom at a Davenport elementary school.

The U.S. Justice Department said police took 29-year-old Dishon Isabel into custody in Illinois Friday. Federal prosecutors said he will remain in jail pending his first court appearance.

Prosecutors said Isabel ran an after school program at the elementary school. They say he placed three cameras in the girls' bathroom.
