Raid Leads to Dubuque Prostitution Arrest

DUBUQUE, Iowa -- Dubuque police and investigators with the Department of Homeland Security executed search warrants Thursday at four different locations,The Asian Massage Parlor located at 1464 Central Avenue, Asian Nails at 1476 Central Avenue, multiple apartments at 1460 Central Avenue, and 2580 Pearl Street.
Officers said they also made a traffic stop near Kennedy Mall that is part of the investigation.

Police say as a result of the investigation, prostitution charges were filed against Yhan Wang, 53, of 1460 Central Avenue #6. The investigation remains ongoing and additional charges could be forthcoming.

Dubuque Assistant Police Chief Terry Tobin said originally said they're holding three people for questioning.
