DUBUQUE, Iowa - Police are investigating another round of shots fired near Jackson Park in Dubuque.

As of 4:45 p.m. police have 15th Street between Central Avenue and Iowa Street blocked off. Lt. Scott Baxter says someone shot a parked vehicle, that bullet ricochet off the car and hit a building. Police say no one was hurt.

This comes after two reports of shots fired on Monday night. Monday's violence included one man firing shots at police. Lt. Baxter says investigators are working to determine if today's incident is retaliation from Monday's event.
