4 Teens Charged in Independence Armed Robbery
INDEPENDENCE, Iowa - Four teens are facing charges in an armed robbery in Independence earlier this month.
The victim says a group entered his home on the 400 block of 6th Avenue NW, struck him, held him down and threatened him with a roommate's rifle before stealing the rifle.
Investigators say 17-year-old Madison Clay and 18-year-old Nathan Rosonke turned themselves in at the Buchanan County Jail on Friday.
Police arrested two other suspects, 18-year-old Ethan Walztoni and 18-year-old Seth Holschlag, earlier this month.
All four now face first-degree robbery and burglary charges, as well as assault and weapon charges.
