Clear Creek Amana High School Nearly Complete

TIFFIN - Construction on the new Clear Creek Amana High School is almost finished, and just in time for school to start two weeks from Wednesday.

It features more classrooms and bigger athletic training facilities, including a gym. Principal Tom McDonald says he can't help but beam with pride as he looks at their new school.

"I've never had seniors say "gosh, I wish I had another year. I wish I could come back." Everybody's excited to get into the building - teachers are excited like it's a new start, a new beginning," said McDonald.

The school football field features brand new turf.

A new theatre is going up on the back part of the school. It will not be finished until next Spring.
