City Releases Neighborhood Reinvestment Plan

CEDAR RAPIDS - Flood victims in Cedar Rapids will have a chance to track the recovery in their neighborhoods. On Monday the city published its community Neighborhood Reinvestment Action Plan.

Organizers say they categorized the plan according to the north, central, and south areas and organized a database to make it easier to track progress on any of the city's 159 projects.
