Megabus Announces Expanded Service From Iowa City to Omaha

The first Megabus from Iowa City to Chicago makes a stop at South Dubuque St. and East Court St. on Tuesday, May 4, 2010, in downtown Iowa City. CHICAGO, Illinois — City-to-city express bus company Megabus Bus Service has announced that the company will now be offering an Omaha route to-and-from from Iowa City beginning on August 17.

Megabus will offer two departures to Omaha from Iowa City on a daily basis. The number of trips between Iowa City, Des Moines and Chicago will also increase to four departures each day.
