Two New Arrests in Animal Torture Case

Jesup, Iowa - Jesup Police arrested two people on Wednesday in connection to the death of a dog in Waterloo.

Police arrested 22-year-old A.J. Michael Sellers and 18-year-old Kelsey Renae Block. Both are charged with Animal Torture.

Sellers is also charged with Harassment of a Public Official for providing false information during the investigation.

The dog's body was found February 16th in a kennel covered in feces. Waterloo Animal Control believe that the dog died of starvation or dehydration.

Ty Hickman is also charged with Animal Torture. Hickman was arrested last Thursday.
