MOUNT VERNON, Iowa - Some young Eastern Iowa students are supporting goats in a third world country.

It's all part of a class at Mount Vernon Middle School. The class provides a way for students to work with real world problems. The Mt. Vernon students chose Project Goat. They made posters and videos as well as sold T-shirts and baked goods to make money for the goat.

That goat will now feed a third world country village.
