IOWA CITY, Iowa (AP) — An Iowa City landlord accused of peeping at tenants in their showers has pleaded not guilty to 11 counts of invasion of privacy.

The Iowa City Press-Citizens reports that 63-year-old Elwyn Miller pleaded not guilty to the charges on Thursday.

Miller was arrested Oct. 31 when police were called to one of his rental properties by a woman who told police that Miller been watching her through a peephole in her shower ceiling.

Iowa City police say investigators later learned after interviewing Miller that he'd spied on other women through peepholes in their showers, too.

If convicted, Miller could get up to 11 years in prison.
