Former Senator Santorum Visits Iowa For Movie Screening

DES MOINES, Iowa (AP) — Former U.S. Senator and GOP presidential candidate Rick Santorum is in Iowa to attend a movie screening.

Santorum is planning to go to a Monday screening of "The Christmas Candle," a new film by EchoLight Studios where he serves as CEO. The Dallas-based company makes movies intended for a Christian audience.

The screening will be held at Jordan Creek Mall in West Des Moines.

The movie is about an English village that receives Christmas miracles every 25 years. According to the film's website, it will be released in theaters on November 22.
