Family, Friends Gather to Remember Drive-By Shooting Victim

WATERLOO, Iowa - Family and friends gathered in Waterloo tonight to remember the victim of a drive-by shooting.

Gunshot wounds killed Shantorio Evans, 22, of Waterloo, early Sunday morning. Police believe the shooter targeted Evans, but they haven't made any arrests. KCRG-TV9 photojournalist Mike Giffith shows all the emotion.
