Dubuque Man Admits Sending Nude Pictures to Haitian Child

DUBUQUE, Iowa - A Dubuque man who organizes mission trips to Haiti surrendered to police on child pornography charges for sending nude pictures to a child in Haiti.

Dubuque County Prosecutor Chris Corken says Robert Buss, 49, admitted to sending nude pictures of himself to a teenager he met while on a mission trip in Haiti.

According to court documents Buss also admitted he engaged in sex acts with the teen. Corken says there is currently a federal investigation underway regarding those claims.

Corken says Buss has organized several missionary trips to Haiti with Dubuque teens through St. Anthony's Catholic Parish.
