CEDAR RAPIDS - Convicted killer Kyle Marin was sentenced to life in prison on Wednesday. He also listened to the family and friends of his victims, cousins Katrina Hill and Molly Edmondson.
Before formal sentencing, the women's families gave victim impact statements.
Katrina's father was the first to take the stand.
"Time to show a brief video to show what one selfish, controlling, worthless piece of human flesh did to our families and community," said Raymond Hill, Katrina's father.
