Darian Boyd of Cedar Rapids holds a photo of his sister Rekia Boyd. The twenty two-year-old was shot and killed on March 21 in Chicago by a police officer. Rekia was a bystander in the incident in which a man in the vicinity allegedly advanced toward the officer with a gun, though no gun was found at the scene. (Cliff Jette/The Gazette-KCRG)
