The Veterans Administration Outreach Center, located at 1535 1st Avenue SE, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, has a new conference room to meet with community partners, on Wednesday, February, 22, 2012. The Outreach Center will focus on assisting homeless veterans and at rick of becoming homeless veterans find housing. The center will also serve as a day tim get away for those homeless veterans and give the a place to relax, shower, wash their clothes, receive job training and more.
