A sign of things to come down stream, the raging Cedar River took down a railroad bridge in Waterloo, cutting off railway traffic to many major plants in NE Iowa. A foot bridge is also threatened. Downtown Waterloo businesses see flooding and all residents can do is wait. KCRG-TV9's Justin Foss reports on 6-10-08.
