Dave Franzman: At this point I can tell you people are still coming in. We were on a fire department boat tour when they were called to do a rescue. Here you are looking at video of the rescue. This is the home of Lisa Armstrong and her son. They did not leave because of their pet dog, Song.
They were there for little more than a day. They got a hold of the fire department by cell phone. Her son James is able to get a hold of the dog.
Lisa: This is a nightmare; I have not seen anything like this in my life. Its horrible, I’m freaking out about it. I knew we couldn’t stay any longer, no food and no water. We had nothing.
James; its been a day of just sleeping and trying to wait it out. People were not offering any place for us to go.
