Heavy rains in the area continues to cause problems for Northeastern Iowa. Meterologist Joe Winters continues to update viewing area of the weather.

Bruce Aune and Beth Malicki report what is needed when people are evacuating and going to stay in shelters. They also gives tips to help officials know if homes have been evacuated.

Cedar Rapids was at 25 percent compacity for water during this stage. Cedar Rapids Fire Department Dave Koch asked everyone to help to conserve water, but says that Cedar Rapids was doing a good job with helping to conserve water.
