TV 9's Steve Nicoles reports on more mandatory evacuations in Iowa City in affect at 4:00 PM. 170-200 homes have been evacuated in Iowa City. Joe Winters updates you on the stages of the Iowa, Cedar, and Mississippi River. Beth gives a list of streets in Iowa City they want residents to avoid: Iowa Street, Jeffersen Street, Madison Street, and Market Street. TV9's Mark Geary reports live in front of Theatre Cedar Rapids. TV 9's Justin Foss takes a boat tour with members of the fire department and the DNR. He tours the fire department, as fire fighters try to retrieve some documents. Justin talks to Dave Brown, the CR District 2 Fire Chief.
