The list includes shelters in Cedar Rapids, Iowa City, Marshalltown, Toledo, and Vinton. John Campbell joins to take a look at some Cedar Rapids arial footage. Joe Winters puts out a tornado warning for Linn County until 8:00 PM. Interstate 380 opens up left lanes only going in both directions. The Iowa DOT changes their minds 20 mins later and opens right lanes only for residents. Left lanes are for emergency vehicles only. Over 30 thousand Cedar Rapids residents have lost power. CR residents and businesses are urged to use the least amount of water possible.
