Chris Earl reports on the traffic and police barricades in downtown Cedar Rapids. Justin Foss reports from near the Hacienda Restaurant in Cedar Rapids as people are rescued by the fire department. Possibly 100 people have been rescued. Linn County Sheriff's office reports I-380 will be closed from County Home Road to Hwy 30. The road was never completely closed down, but instead closed to one lane of traffic each way, allowing room for emergency vehicles access. John Campbell narrates aerial video of Cedar Rapids.
