Blairs Ferry Road Open to Palo

CEDAR RAPIDS - Blairs Ferry Road going from Cedar Rapids to Palo has reopened.

Crews have finished filling the holes and rebuilding the shoulder along the flood-damaged road.

The final barricades came down Thursday afternoon.
