11th Street Bridge in Waterloo Reopened

Waterloo Mayor Tim Hurley and Waterloo Chief of Police Thomas Jennings are announcing that effective at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 24, 2008 the 11th Street Bridge will reopen. Engineers have inspected the bridge and found no structural problems that would prevent the bridge from reopening.

The Park Avenue Bridge remains closed and engineers are not yet sure when that bridge will reopen.
