CEDAR RAPIDS-This week, Congressman Dave Loebsack is set to host a series of meetings with Flood Victims, to help them apply for federal and state flood relief.

Through a series of meetings, Loebsack will meet individually with anyone needing assistance. He told TV-9 he wants to help cut through the "bureaucratic red tape" facing many applying for aid.

He'll have staff on hand to assist in the application process at the following dates and times:
