Des Moines - A manual from the Iowa State Bar Association is meant to help flood victims and their attorneys.

The Disaster Legal Services Manual gives general answers to legal questions disaster victims often ask. The manual's available online.

Flood victims can also call a hotline to be connected to Iowa lawyers who can answer disaster-related questions. That hotline number is 1-877-775-8882 and will be answered weekdays during business hours.
