IC Animal Shelter Finds New Home

IOWA CITY - The Iowa City Animal Care Center has a new temporary home. All the dogs and cats will move to Sand Road in a matter of days. The shelter has been at the Johnson County Fairgrounds since its home was flooded. But the area is needed for the county fair later this month. The city reached an agreement for a one year lease on the new property.
