Alliant says Flood Cost them $225 Million

CEDAR RAPIDS - Alliant Energy says its total estimated impact from the Flood of 2008 is estimated at $225 million.

That includes not only flood damage, but things like repairing generating stations and extra fuel, which were all part of getting customers back on line after the flood.
