CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - Major renovations are nearly complete on the C-S-P-S building in the New Bohemia neighborhood of Cedar Rapids.

It's a nearly $7 million project to restore and expand the iconic arts space after the flood of 2008, which destroyed the first floor of the building on 3rd street southeast.

The funding is coming from state grants and donations. CSPS a cultural part of Our Town Cedar Rapids.
