LINN COUNTY - The Linn County board of supervisors has repealed a decision to lower its member salaries.

On January 2nd, the board will go from three to five members.

Last March, because of that expansion, they passed a resolution cutting their full-time salaries by 20% and essentially making them part-time positions. But it hadn't taken effect yet.

County Supervisor Linda Langston tells TV9 that Tuesday's decision basically confirms their jobs are full-time.

Langston said on January 6th, the supervisors will once again talk about the issue and make a recommendation to the compensation board.
